She began her career in event planning before transitioning to recruiting for both professional and commercial positions. Brandon is an accomplished executive and landman with over 20 years of experience in the energy industry. As the Executive Vice President of Dudley Land Company and Dudley Land Staffing, he oversees operations in the mid-continent region. He previously managed the company's sister company, Associated Resources, Inc. (ARI) and oversaw its successful divesture. Throughout his career, Brandon has performed a range of critical functions, including title examination, managing mineral and surface acquisition projects, due diligence, land administration, and overseeing accounting departments. His deep industry knowledge and proven track record of success have made him an invaluable member of the Dudley team. Outside of work, Brandon is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing. He is a family man at heart and cherishes the time he spends with his loved ones. He is also one of the hosts of The Land Department podcast, where he shares his insights and expertise with listeners worldwide.
